  • Excellent communication skills for technical teams, traders, portfolio managers, and vendors.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
  • Implement and maintain automation tools and scripts to streamline operational tasks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of DevOps best practices and processes.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
