- Keep track of all payments, expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders and packing slips, invoices, statements, etc.
- Respond to external vendors and internal managers regarding the accounts payable process.
- Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete and up-to-date manner.
- Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on a monthly and on an as needed basis.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Other duties as needed or required to complete assigned job duties.
