- Bac+2 to Bac+3 in civil engineering, public works, or an equivalent field, such as a BTS, DUT, or professional license in computer-aided design or VRD.
- Five years of experience in project management for infrastructure, urban development, urban transport, or utility networks within a design office or VRD engineering consultancy would be appreciated.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Mensura, and/or Covadis.
- Knowledge of VRD project design, including geometry, grading, dry and wet networks, public lighting, horizontal and vertical signage, and surfacing.
- Ability to produce technical documents, including preliminary quantity estimates, BPU, and DQE.
- Strong writing skills.
- Interest in eco-design and willingness to contribute to projects with significant environmental and territorial impact.
- Produce plans and graphic documents using computer-aided drafting and design tools, including AutoCAD, Mensura, and Covadis.
- Carry out quantity measurements, feasibility studies, and AVP, PRO, and DCE studies.
- Design projects comprehensively, including roads, utilities, grading, surfacing, and integration of technical constraints.
- Participate in assembling technical files and ensure compliance with standards and costs.
- Contribute to BIM development within the agency.
- Participation in drafting study documents such as EP, AVP, PRO, and DCE.

H.W. Lochner has completed its rebrand as Egis following their merger in July 2025, creating a unified US infrastructure business with over 1,500 professionals across 70 offices. The combined organisation offers services across transportation, water, energy and environmental infrastructure. It integrates Lochner's 80-plus years of US infrastructure experience with Egis' global expertise in architecture, consulting, construction engineering, operations and mobility. Globally, Egis operates in 70 countries with approximately 23,500 employees. The company ranks 17th on Engineering News-Record's Top 225 International Design Firms list and seventh in transportation. Lochner, an Egis Group company, has appointed Karen Wiemelt to its Board of Directors. Wiemelt brings over 35 years of leadership experience in the nuclear and energy sectors, with expertise in programme management, environmental remediation and strategic planning. Wiemelt previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Jacobs, where she led the company's global Energy, Security and Technology business unit. In that role, she managed a portfolio exceeding $1.5 billion in annual revenue and over 8,000 employees worldwide. She has also served on numerous industry and corporate boards. Founded in 1944, Lochner merged with Egis Group in July 2025, positioning it as the cornerstone of Egis' US growth strategy. Wiemelt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
