Requirements
  • Years of high-tech channel sales experience in an enterprise sales environment
  • Knowledge of VAR Channels with extensive CDW relationships
  • Proven track record managing the CDW account with excellent knowledge of how to navigate the account and gain preference
  • Ability to manage a team of channel managers to drive growth across all segments of the business
  • Strong collaborative management skills
  • Experience in selling and enabling partners to sell unified communications solutions
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Skilled in developing Partner/Territory business plans, building a partner/territory strategy, and the ability to measure success against key performance indicators and overall return on investment.
  • Proven experience influencing across senior level partner executives and/or partner principles down to the individual seller
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multi-task, work independently or within a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing and public speaking.
  • Can work in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • 50% travel required
Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and enable CDW teams to drive partner sourced deals from CDW.
  • Help create and operationalize a channel sales motion to achieve business goals and quota.
  • Articulate the value of Logitech for Business Partner Program and solutions to key stakeholders, sellers and design engineers.
  • Own a plan and forecast for CDW in the US and support the cross region opportunities to provide continuity for the partner.
  • Travel as needed to meet with CDW technical and sales resources across all CDW locations.
  • Scale our reach within CDW by forging relationships at all levels, including senior management.
  • Manage and deliver the forecast for CDW while working with distribution to ensure proper supply.
  • Build deep relationships with Direct Engagement teams to support opportunities fulfilled with CDW.
  • Work with channel marketing to develop strategic marketing and enablement plans with CDW.
  • Manage and inspire a team of channel managers that work directly with the segment sellers at CDW.
  • Initiate co-sell sales motion selling the breadth of the logitech product and services portfolios.
