Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, or an equivalent
  • Solid understanding of agile, with 3+ years digital product management experience
  • Experience in pharmacy, health, or related fields preferred
  • Clear communicator, love collaborating and ability to explain technical needs to a non-technical audience and vice-versa
  • Can easily establish relationships and have experience within large cross functional teams working to solve complex problems and build products for millions of users (both internal and external)
  • You are always working towards the big picture, but also mindful of the finer details
  • An agile approach to product management, but pragmatic about its application
  • Top priorities are to deliver value to customers and measure results
  • Strong quantitative reasoning, data-driven, and able to apply key metrics for decision-making
  • You look hard problems in the eye and enjoy the thrill of figuring out how to solve them
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, customer journeys, competition, and technology
  • Help shape our roadmap, taking into consideration customer problems, business strategy, and organizational dependencies
  • Lead projects, from evaluation, through scoping and execution, to launch
  • Ownership of the backlog, including story creation, prioritization, and execution of all product management deliverables to support it
  • Use data to inform your decisions. Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and define critical metrics to measure success. You will track and share results with the team, to help everyone gain a deeper understanding
  • Daily collaboration with partners across technology, product design, business, marketing, customer service, analytics, and operations to define solutions, and deliver results
  • Work with other business units to deliver organizational initiatives related to things like PC Optimum, and PC ID
  • Contribute in Weekly & Monthly business reviews, reporting on roadmap progress and product KPIs; and managing expectations
