The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.
The position
The DocuSign Partner Program Marketing Intern will coordinate marketing and communication projects to DocuSign partners. Additionally, the intern will work with DocuSign Partner Program marketing leaders to execute marketing initiatives with DocuSign Partners to drive business outcomes. Successful coordination includes coordinating logistical elements of marketing initiatives to ensure the successful project execution, including streamlining tasks to meet project goals.
Successful coordination also includes complete ownership of a variety of projects while leveraging multiple teams and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes and deliverables. The DocuSign Partner Program Marketing Intern will maintain operational excellence in coordinating projects and tasks related to market-facing initiatives that directly impact and support the DocuSign Partner ecosystem to meet aggressive annual revenue targets.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the DocuSign Partner Program Marketing Director and is designated Flex.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the logistics for a variety of communications-related projects, including awareness to DocuSign partners
- Coordinate the logistics for a variety of marketing-related projects including internal and external events, campaigns, communications, collateral, programs and meetings
- Be laser-focused on providing a variety of high-quality deliverables within a designated time frame
- Manage reporting for various marketing and partner experience initiatives
- Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and DocuSign Partner teams working on various projects to ensure team actions remain in synergy, meet required high standards of deliverables and adhere to deadlines
- Communicate with the DocuSign Partner Program Marketing Director to keep projects aligned with goals
- Perform quality control on various projects and deliverables to maintain a consistent, high standard
- Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needed
Basic qualifications
- Progress toward bachelor’s degree and enrolled during time of internship
- Knowledge of multiple software systems: Microsoft 360, Google Suite, project management software
- This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred qualifications
- Interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a matrix, enterprise organization with multiple systems
- Project management skills including leadership, autonomy, ownership, adaptability, self-motivation, highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, works well under pressure
- Produces a high volume of accurate deliverables with tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various internal and external teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in market-facing activities
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Being familiar with project management software is also an asset
- Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful
Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado hourly pay range: $22/hour - $24/hour and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
