Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with managing grants for the federal government, including financial reporting and monitoring and development of key performance indicators in coordination with subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Experience with coordinating logistics for travel and training
  • Experience with managing multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Experience working with senior executives in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to participate in government working groups and training programs related to grant and reimbursement agreement management and execution
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
  • Create a financial management strategy to help HSI’s interagency grants management program succeed
  • Work with the HSI GTI Grants Program Administrator to identify, simplify, and incorporate streamlined processes to monitor execution and performance of awarded grants and interagency agreement portfolios across several programmatic units
  • Review IA funding proposals and submissions and will review and facilitate 7600 A/B actions
  • Develop quarterly financial and workplan reports to interagency partners, to include tracking expenditures and monitoring burn rates
