Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations Agent, or similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and luxury guest expectations.
  • Experience with reservation systems and payment procedures.
  • Excellent spoken English.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage appointments and priorities effectively.
  • Confidence in recommending services and products.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the Spa and provide a personalised first impression.
  • Deliver professional and attentive service throughout the guest journey, from enquiry to departure.
  • Assist guests with Spa facilities, treatment options, wellness experiences, and resort offerings.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a calm, welcoming, and luxurious Spa environment.
  • Manage Spa reservations, appointments, cancellations, and changes.
  • Provide accurate information regarding treatments, pricing, packages, promotions, and availability.
  • Coordinate with Spa Therapists to ensure smooth treatment schedules and guest flow.
  • Confirm appointments and communicate relevant information to guests before their visit.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and treatment history where applicable.
  • Handle guest enquiries in person, by telephone, and through digital communication channels.
  • Provide recommendations on suitable treatments and Spa experiences based on guest preferences.
  • Assist guests with consultation forms and ensure required information is accurately recorded.
  • Manage guest feedback, requests, and concerns, escalating when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling guest information.
  • Process payments, including cash, credit card, and room charges.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and support daily Spa administrative procedures.
  • Assist with Spa reports, appointment tracking, and operational documentation.
  • Support retail sales by introducing guests to Spa products and services.
  • Maintain knowledge of Spa promotions, packages, and wellness offerings.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
  • Keep Spa brochures, menus, displays, and guest materials up to date and professionally presented.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Support the Spa team with daily operational requirements and additional assigned duties.
