Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s or CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with tax compliance and provision software and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail, effective communicator, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Prepare U.S. federal and state income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments
- Complete the annual income tax provision in compliance with ASC 740
- Lead U.S. sales and use tax reporting, including filing preparation and payment remittance
- Reconcile ERP and tax software data; maintain exemption certificates
- Oversee U.S. property tax filings prepared by external providers
- Maintain detailed tax workpapers and documentation
- Support transfer pricing, tax audits, and tax planning initiatives
- Assist with process improvements and compliance reporting
- Analyze U.S. tax law changes and assess their impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tax-related matters
