Analytics Solutions is one of the divisions of Marsh Digital Client Experience, Marsh’s innovation center for providing digital and analytics solutions to our clients that help them understand and manage their risks. Analytics Solutions provides strategic advice and customized analyses to help clients with their complex risk issues.

Analytics Solutions has openings for multiple summer interns to join our downtown Chicago and New York offices for summer 2026.  Under close supervision, our interns will be asked to research economic factors related to the evaluation of risk, participate in evaluations of client risk and insurance programs, and support the development of market-leading analytical tools to help clients assess and mitigate risk.

Our summer internship program is a robust 10-week program designed to provide you with the analytics and consulting toolkit you will need to accelerate your career at Marsh. As part of the program, you will be exposed to a variety of Analytics functions, including: Product Intelligence and Design, Project Execution and Delivery, Analysis Research and Data, and Analytics Sales and Distribution. High-performing summer interns will be considered for offers for our full-time Associate program after graduation.

Summer Intern Requirements

• College juniors (at time of application)

• Majors preferred:  Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (3.5+ preferred)

• Strong detail orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Locations:  Chicago or New York (Hybrid-based Schedule: at least 3 days in office per week)

• Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

The applicable hourly rate for this role is $25.00 to $30.00, depending on location.
