Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field is highly recommended.
  • A master's degree is valuable.
  • One to three years of experience in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students, corporate partners, faculty, and senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, service-oriented, adaptable approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • High motivation, results orientation, and comfort working independently and collaboratively.
  • An international mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
Responsibilities
  • Support the employer engagement strategy for cross-sector, multi-company, and strategic single-company initiatives that enhance students' professional profiles.
  • Design and implement scalable processes that transform ideas into institutional programs, collaborating with multiple teams across and beyond Employer Partnerships.
  • Act as the main liaison between Strategic Initiatives and IE's schools, academic units, and corporate departments in and outside Spain.
  • Support Talent & Careers international representatives by adapting and exporting successful initiatives, processes, and best practices that strengthen employer engagement and student employability.
  • Coordinate meetings, projects, and events involving internal stakeholders, corporate partners, and senior executives to strengthen strategic relationships.
  • Collect, analyze, and monitor data on employer participation, student engagement, and program outcomes to measure impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials for internal leadership and external partners.
  • Act as an ambassador for headquarters-led initiatives, ensuring successful implementation across IE's international offices.
  • Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Strategic Initiatives team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Employer Relations, Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Career Services, Higher Education, or Human Resources.
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and data reporting tools.
