Requirements
  • Equivalent experience is required, or a preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or Real Estate.
  • At least 5 years of experience originating low-income housing tax credit investments deals is required.
  • Ability to structure and negotiate affordable housing loans is required.
  • A proven track record in business development and client relationship management is required.
  • Occasional travel, including overnight stays, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Originate and manage a portfolio of community development loans and equity investments, including affordable housing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects, and other Community Reinvestment Act-qualified activities.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with clients, organizations, and agencies in the affordable housing industry.
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans for specific regions and clientele.
  • Cross-sell financial solutions and bank products.
  • Negotiate and structure transactions to ensure the long-term viability of real estate investments.
  • Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance, Community Reinvestment Act, and risk partners to structure deals and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, community development financial institutions, housing developers, and public-sector partners.
  • Represent the bank at community events, industry conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Apply Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs to structure and originate affordable housing investments.
  • Assess, structure, and manage loans for commercial real estate projects, including affordable housing developments.
  • Evaluate financial statements, project feasibility, and investment returns to support lending and investment decisions.
  • Reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners through deal structuring.
  • Navigate and utilize federal and state loan programs, including HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac, to support community development projects.
  • Stay informed about trends, regulations, and market dynamics in affordable housing and community development finance.
  • Convey information and ideas through verbal and written communication to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Guide teams, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives aligned with organizational goals and community impact.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Align investment strategies with social-impact goals in underserved and low-income communities.
  • Identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop long-term plans aligned with business and community objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with lending and investment activities.
  • Address client needs to deliver tailored financial solutions and service.
  • Understand the lifecycle of real estate projects, including planning, financing, construction, and asset management.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The company's revenue growth has accelerated recently, with annualised growth of 12.6% over the past two years compared to 2.1% over five years. KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%.
