Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a focus on derivatives products.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives instruments such as options, futures, and swaps, as well as their applications in financial markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving user acquisition and growth initiatives for digital products or services.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles related to derivatives trading, with an understanding of the US market is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the derivatives market.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a robust product strategy focused on driving growth and user engagement for derivatives products.
  • User Acquisition: Lead initiatives to acquire new users for derivatives products, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, partnerships, and user referrals.
  • Product Enhancements: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to conceptualize, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user insights to make informed decisions about product features, pricing strategies, and user acquisition tactics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, and finance to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure derivatives products comply with regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
