- Five to six years in System Integration Testing for new product development.
- Strong background in Internet of Things, embedded software, and firmware testing.
- Experience in large-scale embedded project testing and validation.
- In-depth knowledge of microprocessors and their peripherals.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for embedded software.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing.
- Debug and analyze issues in embedded systems, collaborating with developers to resolve.
- Prepare, configure, and maintain hardware test benches and setups (boards, modules, SIT Setup).
- Work with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Interface with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (Modbus, UART, SPI, I2C, etc).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for defects.
- Experience with test management, version control, and bug tracking tools (JIRA, GitHub).
- Define and execute test strategies for embedded software and firmware.
- Plan, prepare, and execute functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and white-box testing.
- Drive defect logging, reporting, verification, and validation processes.
- Prepare test plans, test matrices, and execution reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
- Proven experience in product development and testing management, with the ability to lead testing and drive project execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Embedded hardware knowledge and experience in refrigeration and air conditioning system.
