Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, distribution channel support, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with distribution channels or within a supplier environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of distribution channels, sales processes, and the supply chain.
  • Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates (e.g., manufacturing, wholesale, technology).
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for distribution partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist Inside Sales through leadership engagement and daily ride-a-long calls with the Inside Sales Team.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and executing sales tactics tailored to distribution partners and their end users.
  • Coordinate product training, promotional materials, and sales tools for distribution partners.
  • Manage and process orders from distribution partners, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and communicate updates to partners and internal teams.
  • Work with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management and distribution partners.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information related to distribution partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support distribution channel needs and coordinate joint marketing efforts.
  • Address and resolve issues in the distribution channel, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams.
