Requirements
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 0–2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • A valid driver's license is required because driving is an essential function of the position.
  • Ability to sit, stand, drive, move, carry, lift, push, pull, and otherwise exert force up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and other means to reach and observe all areas of the building.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
Responsibilities
  • Complete Division and/or Construction Manager orientation, onboarding, and training programs, including Pulte Construction Standards, scheduling, job site rules, safety, warranty, and the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
  • Develop literacy in building codes, construction and technical language, plan reading, construction materials, construction schedules, and construction methodologies and standards.
  • Assist Construction Managers and direct supervisors by monitoring job sites, validating schedule progression, coordinating on-site inspections, reviewing the Customer Care service process, validating completed work against quality standards, and coordinating work completion as directed by the manager.
  • Use Pulte systems and processes, including Schedule, Field Purchase Order, and Dynamics 365.
  • Learn and build proficiency in the Build Quality Experience and Customer Quality Experience.
  • Assist with scheduling and supervision of daily trade-partner activities according to the job schedule and scopes of work.
  • Monitor subdivision cleanliness and hold trade partners responsible for daily cleanup.
  • Gain an understanding of the scope of work for all trade partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
