Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and online tickets and provide accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Build positive rapport, practice empathy and patience, de-escalate dissatisfied customers, and own issues through resolution.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting, product usage, and website navigation.
  • Follow up proactively to confirm issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows operating systems and common browsers, including Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox.
  • Support users with hardware, software, and peripheral challenges using approved tools and procedures.
  • Create detailed and accurate CRM and ticketing-system records of interactions, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Follow procedures and guided workflows while exercising judgment when deviations are necessary.
  • Stay current on security policies and best practices and handle customer data confidentially.
  • Meet or exceed response-time, resolution-rate, and customer-satisfaction performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer outcomes.
  • Provide first-line technical support for IdenTrust customers and related products using troubleshooting and ticketing tools.
  • Research issues before escalation, document root causes and recommended actions, and escalate urgent or complex cases to senior staff or specialized teams.
  • Study and analyze basic system needs and assist with developing, selecting, and installing information-center tools under supervision.
  • Contribute solutions and common issues to team knowledge bases and standard operating procedures.
  • Train users on system functionality, product features, and best practices, communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Help orient new team members to customer management policies, call center software, procedures, and ticketing standards.
  • Operate in a call center or remote setting using headsets, computers, and call center software while managing high call and email volumes.
  • Work under close supervision on projects of limited complexity and accept regular quality and learning reviews from supervisors or senior peers.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer support, help desk, or call center environment is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, remote troubleshooting tools, and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
  • The ability to support multiple languages based on customer demographics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IdenTrust products and public key infrastructure concepts is preferred.
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or HDI Customer Service Representative are advantageous.

ASSA ABLOY hits record 18.1% margin with 4% organic growth in Q2

ASSA ABLOY reported strong second-quarter results for 2026, with net sales reaching SEK 39,259 million. The Swedish lock and security company achieved 4% organic growth and 2% from acquisitions, whilst currency headwinds reduced sales by 3%. Operating income (EBITA) totalled SEK 7,091 million, delivering a record operating margin of 18.1%, up from 17.2% in the prior year. Net income rose to SEK 4,422 million from SEK 3,962 million. The company completed five acquisitions during the quarter with combined annual sales of approximately SEK 2,000 million. Operating cash flow improved 16% year-on-year to SEK 6,300 million. CEO Nico Delvaux highlighted that around 25% of sales now come from products launched within the past three years, supported by over 4,000 product launches since 2018.
