Requirements
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, analytics, data science, or a related-field (Junior or Senior)
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about the sports gaming industry
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives from end-to-end
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends depending on the sports calendar
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to be flexible, & prioritize responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Maintain an internal database of promotional details for company-wide transparency
  • Track and analyze KPIs for campaigns and promotions
  • Help manage the user-facing promotions hub by uploading promotions and campaigns to the correct user segments
  • Contribute promotion and campaign ideas to drive user retention
  • Assist retention and growth team with various projects as needed
