YouGov's fair value drops to $4.64 as analyst targets diverge and Shopper division faces review

YouGov's fair value estimate has dropped from £4.43 to £3.65 amid diverging analyst price targets. JPMorgan recently lifted its target by 10 pence, whilst Deutsche Bank and another firm cut theirs by 20 pence and 30 pence respectively, reflecting widening disagreement on the stock's valuation. The company has launched a strategic review of its Shopper division, exploring options including a sale, stating the unit's potential is not reflected in current market valuation. YouGov guided for low single-digit revenue growth for the half year to 31 January 2026, with US and UK growth offset by slight declines in the Shopper business. CFO Alex McIntosh will step down in February 2026 after 19 years, with James Davies appointed as interim CFO.
