Requirements
  • You have 3+ years' experience working as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting position
  • You are familiar with electronic billing procedures, and you have a mastery of spreadsheets
  • You are incredibly organized, detail oriented and able to excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You can excel in a busy, fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines
  • You have great written and verbal communication skills
  • You enjoy overdelivering rather than meeting expectations and take genuine pride in being part of something good
  • You have strong analytical skills and are able to communicate technical financial information to non-financial team members
Responsibilities
  • Creating and sending invoices for fees and expenses
  • Keeping track of specific and complex client billing requirements
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and transactions
  • Reporting and resolving payment or billing issues
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of projects in our billing system
  • Cooperating with other teams to ensure billing accuracy
  • Assisting in the creation of budget trackers for client pass-through costs
  • Responding to client inquiries
  • Assisting in customer account reconciliations
  • Creating analytical reports and presenting them to Finance Manager and VP of Finance
  • Analyzing unbilled balances
  • Helping internal teams understand and follow processes
