Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a high-touch communications, talent acquisition, social media engagement, or sales role, with a strong track record of building and nurturing professional relationships
  • Demonstrated expertise using LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Threads, X/Twitter, YouTube) to build professional connections and generate candidate interest
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Ability to use computers and computer/software programs
  • Ability to communicate expressively and receptively
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a professional presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to engage with the BCBA community and spark interest in Centria’s career opportunities
  • Craft compelling, on-brand content and personalized outreach messages that reflect our mission, values, and clinical impact-driving excitement about joining our team
  • Proactively initiate and respond to conversations with passive candidates, fostering meaningful, ongoing engagement that builds awareness, trust, and interest in applying to open roles at Centria
  • Effectively communicate our unique employer value proposition and generate genuine interest through thoughtful and personalized outreach
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with BCBAs, gaining a deep understanding of their career goals and motivations
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact, articulating our clinical culture and opportunities in a way that inspires interest and confidence
  • Maintain a high-touch, consultative approach throughout the candidate journey—often months before a candidate is ready to engage formally
  • Conduct brief exploratory conversations to assess fit and transition engaged candidates to the Recruiting Team with relevant insights and context
  • Track and maintain detailed records of outreach, candidate status, and engagement milestones in the ATS
  • Monitor sourcing performance and conversion metrics to refine outreach strategies and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Leadership and the Marketing Team to understand our brand voice, clinical goals, and strategic priorities—and ensure they are reflected consistently in all messaging and candidate interactions
  • Contribute to social media content and campaign strategies that attract clinical talent and elevate our employer brand
  • Stay current on BCBA market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and industry trends to inform engagement strategies
  • Represent the organization at selected clinical recruiting events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws
  • Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct
Desired Qualifications
  • Foundational knowledge of the BCBA credential and the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is strongly preferred
