Responsibilities

  • Serve as a bridge between the Sales Development team and cross-functional partners, including Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, and Sales Compensation, to drive unified strategies and execution.
  • Implement and manage sales technologies and tools such as CRM, lead routing, dialing, sales engagement, and business intelligence platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging firmagraphic and contact data to refine sales approaches and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and scaling of the sales pipeline, ensuring the team's efforts are aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
