The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Wound Care Clinic Specialist II, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Review and analyze payer specific requirements and coverage criteria to determine required documentation and accurate billing criteria.
• Conduct in depth review of clinical documentation (medical records, prescriptions, operative reports, history and physicals) based on billing criteria.
• Work with Wound Care Clinics or field personnel to obtain missing documentation required for placement and/or billing. 
• Build support and maintain patient, physician, and third-party payer loyalty through enhanced customer services, customer relationship management, and technology utilization.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED AND (2) Two or more years of related healthcare experience.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and email.

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the Building (6103 Farinon Dr San Antonio, Tx 78249)  for 4 days (same week) once a quarter and also for training (6 – 8 weeks)

Travel: May include up to 0% domestic

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $49,206 - $60,141, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
