- 3+ years of experience successfully doing this type of a role at a tech company
- Technical, not writing code but technical enough to do SSO and auto provisioning while also understanding system architecture and IT
- Experience integrating the products with company systems while also getting embedded in their libraries and within user analytics
- Strong communication skills and must be salesy too
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple accounts at a time
- Build trial environments for prospects accounts and transition to live accounts and handle seat add ons
- Coordinate Integrations and Implementation activities with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure smooth onboarding
- Create client facing documentation to support the client integration process (requirements, checklists)
- Work cross functionally with sales, engineering, and product to lead:
- Account Provisioning
- Implementation (scope, working directly with client implementation team, testing, launch)
- Integrations - preferably familiar with LMS/LXP leaders
- SSO Provisioning
- Project Manage Security Reviews with IT Security and client contacts
- Project Manage integrations with external partners to ensure deployment within agreed timelines, build project plans, manage deliverables, communicate status updates
- Provide technical demos and answer questions around functionality limitations and roadmap direction
- Provide input into the product roadmap based on trends in the exploration and onboarding phases of new customers
- Platforms you'll work with: Degreed, Cornerstone, EdCast, Workday, Docebo, and more
- No coding is required but an ability to troubleshoot code, parse error messages, use browser console tools, read documentation, and work with engineers at a technical level is required
