About the Role: In this role, you will bring your facility with numbers to support our campus planning operations under the guidance of the Associate Director. Your responsibilities will range from processing and analyzing financial transactions to preparing detailed budget reports, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with internal and external partners to resolve issues efficiently. You will also assist in operational duties, such as managing work order requests, supporting campus card operations, and keeping supplies stocked.
Salary range - $53K-$57K
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operating Budget Support (60%): Process financial transactions, monitor budgets, prepare quarterly budget-to-actual reports, reconcile capital project data, and report on capital funding status.
Operations Support (40%): Serve as backup for work requests, assist with campus card operations, manage work order requests, and oversee office supply needs.
Who We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Skilled with MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and willing to learn new technology.
Knowledgeable in financial processes, procurement, and comfortable working with software like Maximo (preferred).
An organized, detail-oriented individual who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and proactively troubleshoot.
