Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in HR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive global experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, HR systems, and operations.
  • 5+ years in senior global HR leadership roles.
  • Proven history of leading total rewards and HR functions in large, complex, multi-national organization(s).
  • Experience in developing and implementing compensation, benefits, and HR technology strategies at an executive level and across multiple countries/regions.
  • Extensive knowledge of global HR practices, including comp and benefits, compliance, and HR tech.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence at the enterprise level as well as build buy-in and influence senior executives/c-suite.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.
  • Workday implementation experience is a plus.
  • Experience scaling an organization from a small/mid-cap to a more mature and larger organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Nimbleness and flexibility to balance the business needs with best practices and tailor solutions appropriately.
  • Experience leading transformational change in HR at the enterprise level.
Responsibilities
  • Evolve and optimize a global total rewards strategy that meets the changing needs of our business and is aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Determine and gain alignment and buy-in for differentiating rewards strategies that will contribute to a world-class Employee Value Proposition.
  • Lead the design, optimization, and management of market-competitive global compensation programs.
  • Oversee the development and administration of benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure competitive positioning of total rewards packages through market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Conduct analysis and modeling to assess the impact of total rewards programs and initiatives.
  • Actively participate in the development of the annual corporate proxy and lead the creation of the CD&A.
  • Proactively interface with the Compensation Committee and engage in Board Director activities. Build strong and productive relationships with the Compensation Committee chair.
  • Support efforts to mature our global job architecture.
  • Transform how HR technologies are used to continue to create efficiencies, effectiveness, and automation in HR.
  • Lead global HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and employee data management.
  • Bring an experienced, strategic approach to driving efficient, scaled HR operations, reduced complexity and improved practices for all team members.
  • Provide leadership for global HR processes, establishing best practices and improving service delivery.
  • Review emerging technology and trends to capitalize on future benefits to the HR technology stack.
  • Drive the HR technology roadmap for future state initiatives (learning management, contingent workforce, and time management) and emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools).
  • Lead the selection and evolution of emerging HR technologies and negotiate with vendors.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR COE leaders and business leaders to ensure alignment of total rewards, HR technology, and operations with organizational and people goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on compensation, benefits, and HR systems-related matters.
  • Own the fiscal responsibilities, budget, and continuous spend optimization for total rewards, HR technology, and operations. Manage and develop the budget while ensuring the cost-effective use of resources.
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of total rewards programs.
  • Develop strategies to educate employees about the value and benefits of total rewards offerings to drive adoption and utilization.
  • Contribute to building and enhancing a compelling Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
  • Bring a change leadership mindset and approach to rolling out new programs and initiatives and driving stakeholder engagement and organizational adoption.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and HR systems, making data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team and board of directors on total rewards and HR operations metrics and initiatives.
