Our sales organization delivers solutions that exceed Brand and Retail Partner’s business objectives to generate sustainable revenue while transforming shopping for consumers. We increase brand penetration by identifying significant and incremental opportunities. We drive higher predictable revenue by streamlining sales cycles and always driving to increase our closure rates. Overall, we make our numbers while we take care of our people and satisfy our customers.
Our Sales Specialist is an entry level role, responsible for supporting the Sales Organization in various aspects of campaign design, essential sales processes, and assisting with sales procedures. This role will work cross functionally with our Customer Success, Analytics and Media teams, to enable smooth collaboration across our go-to-market initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Develop sales estimates and proposals for CPG clients in digital promotions and media
- Input of orders into the Salesforce
- Work closely with Strategy & Insights Team and Media Planning on proposals and estimates
- Provide data and reporting to the senior sales team members
- Support presentation creation
- Identify and track sales trends for key clients
- Work with account managers to implement targeted sales strategies
- Effectively manage customer requests resulting in high customer satisfaction and service
- Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
What you’ll bring:
- Up to 2 Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis preferred
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
- Ability to interpret sales metrics
