- 2-5 years of professional experience writing high quality production level code or software programs
- Has experience operating or enabling large-scale, high-availability data pipelines from design, to execution and safe change management. Expertise in Apache Flink, Apache Nifi, Kafka/Redpanda, Java, SQL, and API design is mandatory and required.
- Has experience developing, maintaining, and debugging distributed systems built with open source tools
- Good foundational knowledge on Containerization – Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies and Cloud (Azure is preferred)
- Has strong collaboration and communication skills, and can comfortably interact with both technical and non-technical participants.
- Has the curiosity to continuously learn about new technologies and business processes.
- Is energized by delivering effective, user-first solutions through creative problem-solving and collaboration.
- Work closely with product and delivery teams to develop solutions using determined stack on Zafin's SaaS platform
- Strong ability to articulate key functional and technical capabilities of SaaS solution
- Work with team members and leads to perform fit-gap analysis exercise to assess business requirements and align them with out of the box capabilities and work closely with cross-functional teams to determine action plan to address gaps
- Execute on user stories and backlog items, and prepare specifications utilizing agile methodology
- Prepare key implementation deliverables technical documentation/ specification while supporting code reviews / pull requests and containerized deployment
- Organize and execute unit and integration tests within and across functional areas
