- Ability to use measuring instruments.
- Ability to handle hoists.
- A secondary-school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prepare molds for the casting operation.
- Dewax molds using the autoclave.
- Perform daily cleaning and checks of the autoclave.
- Insulate molds.
- Inspect molds for visible defects or quality issues.
- Work as part of a team with other employees.
- Transfer wax and check the wax-recovery system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with the company's values and code of ethics.
- Comply with the company's environmental, health, and safety programs.
- Physical strength would be an asset.
- Forklift certification may be required.
