Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide polite and friendly interactions with all guests and hosts.
  • Stock, rotate, and condition grocery products on shelves according to company standards and productivity guidelines.
  • Maintain a neat and safe work area for guests.
  • Maintain organized and inventoried backstock in the backroom.
  • Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control, shelf and overstock rotation, and proper product handling.
  • Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery to the store.
  • Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom.
  • Communicate dairy and frozen-food temperature problems to the supervisor.
  • Perform front-end duties as necessary to maintain the no-noticeable-wait standard.
  • Order products for assigned aisles.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
