ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintain solid understanding and knowledge of the operation and physical locations of all mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist with the monitoring of all service contractors and work being performed on or within the critical infrastructure.
• Enforce Well Fargo’s change control process.
• Perform rounds as required
• Perform light duty maintenance and emergency repairs on Critical Environments equipment as required.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions in critical areas when notified by the site monitoring system (Siemens), client, building security or property management personnel during and outside of normal business hours; as well as onsite and on-call availability to respond to problems and emergencies as needed.
• Enforce Data Center Management (DCM) housekeeping standards.
• Participate in company safety training classes and practice safe work methods.
