Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling demand generation teams and strategies on a global level.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Expertise in using marketing automation and CRM platforms to drive and measure demand generation initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data and strategies to executive leadership.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline, with a strong focus on both traditional and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, and industry events. Ensure these campaigns are data-driven and aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Implement and optimize lead nurturing programs to improve conversion rates, delivering high-quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to the sales team.
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and maximized ROI.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between demand generation efforts and broader company goals.
  • Manage and optimize the demand generation budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that align with growth targets.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to enhance lead generation, tracking, and reporting.
