Requirements
  • An Associate’s degree in human services or a related field is required.
  • Two to three years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or healthcare documentation review is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are required.
  • Experience analyzing data and identifying trends is required.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is required.
Responsibilities
  • Support compliance with Certified Community Behavioral Health Center quality standards.
  • Conduct and support chart audits to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality documentation.
  • Track, analyze, and report quality data and documentation trends.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and support corrective action plans.
  • Assist with preparation and participation in state audits and fidelity reviews.
  • Analyze audit outcomes and support follow-up actions to ensure standards are met.
  • Identify training or coaching needs and collaborate on implementing quality improvement strategies.
  • Work collaboratively and independently to meet quality improvement and compliance deadlines.
  • Participate in agency committees, workgroups, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other assigned duties or projects.
