  • Provides telephone and email customer service
  • Coordinates communication of technology and facility service requests using phone, email, chat, and radio channels in a 24-hour call center environment
  • Provides first-line identification, analysis, routing, and resolution of issues
  • Dispatches service technicians appropriately
  • Monitors and communicates facility control and alarm issues
  • Troubleshoots basic IT, password, and networking issues
  • Takes responsive action to reported issues and ensures appropriate resolution
  • Conducts follow-up communication with customers
  • Follows standard communication, troubleshooting, and documentation procedures
  • Displays a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Employs excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Shares information and collaborates with other staff
  • Assists with shadowing and training of new employees
  • Gives feedback to support continuous improvement efforts and reduce knowledge gaps
  • Attends trainings and meetings as needed
  • Participates in supporting special events or projects as assigned
  • Performs other office duties as assigned
