Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience configuring HCM modules in Workday including HCM Core, Compensation, Talent Management, Security Administration, and Business Process Administration
  • Strong expertise in Workday report writing, EIBs, and calculated fields
  • Experience in supporting Workday system upgrades, implementations, go-lives and post-go-live technical support
  • Strong technology aptitude and interest in research, data, metrics, and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, remaining agile and flexible in a challenging environment and managing multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to understand the business requirements, and user needs and translate them into operational requirements
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data
  • Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems, including experience in designing, building, and testing processes/reports in various HR/Finance applications
  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Help ensure data accuracy and seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features and functionality
  • Gather configuration requirements and broaden internal knowledge of Workday configuration through hands-on training
  • Build reports to support Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and other areas of the Workday product
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current technology solutions and keep stakeholders informed of project progress
  • Facilitate end-user knowledge transfer through the development of HR systems documentation and training sessions
  • Manage the deployment of new systems functionality, processes, and integrations in partnership with IT and HR
  • Keep current on new HRSD releases and enhancements and communicate potential process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a governance structure that effectively manages recommendations from COEs with HR employee experience guidelines
  • Leverage technology to automate and optimize experiences including the portal, knowledge management, case management, reporting, and dashboards
  • Collaboratively develop the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures
