Requirements
- 10+ years Project Management and/or leadership experience - including experience with a large consulting company
- At least 4-6 years managing process/organization/strategy/SDLC/Implementation-based projects
- Interest in and experience contributing to business development
- At least one Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields
- Experience managing teams through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review/approval sessions
- Aptitude building and managing to project plans and reporting status to clients and internal teams
- Agile or Scrum experience
Responsibilities
- Practice Development
- Develop a strategy for the CLM practice including revenue targets, a resource plan, and go to market strategies
- Establish and own key vendor relationships
- Serve as a leader in the CLM practice including mentoring and developing talent in the practice
- Sales
- Establish a business development approach
- Independently develop sales proposal strategies and proposals
- Represent Qvest.US in the sales process as an expert with depth of knowledge
- Methodology & Expertise
- Ability to quickly learn Qvest.US methodologies and templates
- Develop new methodologies, templates, and accelerators as needed to support Qvest.US effectiveness, consistency and relevancy in the CLM practice
- Project Delivery
- Demonstrate leadership in project delivery
- Understand, develop and articulate complex business challenges into actionable plans
- Be trusted to make the best decision for the project, team and client
- Deliver complex engagements with multiple resources and/or projects
- Manage executive relationships at project level
