  • Own deal desk for our Go To Market teams; perform regular audits of validated deals
  • Maintain automated upload sheets (ETLs) for regular data hygiene and workforce data population
  • Own account review process where reps can dispute deals or escalate potential data issues
  • Ensure all deals and exclusions are within set company guidelines
  • Support all deal related questions and provide answers to the Go To Market and management teams via Jira ticketing system
  • Can assist in contracting process that is required of Sales team
  • Responsible for ensuring that Sales and contract data is accurate in CRM and other systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to reconcile downstream processes and reporting
  • Report out on deal demographics each month; as well as identify areas of opportunity
  • Maintain an agreed upon SLA on deal turnaround times
  • Create best practices and efficiencies within team
  • Evaluate rules of engagement periodically and suggest improvement measures
  • Drive process and systems improvements related to deal validation and accounts for review process
  • Work directly with internal teams to resolve roadblocks and enhance current processes
