Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business operations, logistics, enterprise resource planning or business applications, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of leadership experience managing multiple leaders or sub-departments.
  • Proven experience leading warehouse, logistics, and information technology or development functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate project management, process improvement, and business system implementation.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning and warehouse management systems.
  • Experience with inventory forecasting, order fulfillment, and multi-location distribution.
  • Strong vendor and cost management experience, including negotiation of high-value contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Microsoft Excel skills such as VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and IF statements.
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and highly motivated approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead three operational leaders and their teams in Warehouse, Logistics, and Information Systems, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Train and develop managers and teams by identifying skill gaps and creating actionable development plans.
  • Establish individual and team performance goals, conduct one-on-one feedback sessions, and complete annual performance reviews.
  • Align departmental objectives with corporate strategy and foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of operational leadership roles.
  • Lead and participate in cross-departmental leadership, project, and strategy meetings.
  • Lead corporate projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Partner with departments to define project scope, set milestones, assign resources, and monitor progress.
  • Identify and manage project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed to the Chief Executive Officer or leadership team.
  • Oversee company-wide project implementation.
  • Track project key performance indicators, deliverables, and outcomes, including post-project evaluation.
  • Drive process improvement and standardization across projects to increase efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.
  • Drive corporate strategy development and establish a project portfolio aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee operational strategy for Warehouse, Logistics, and Information Systems functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency, warehouse productivity, and information technology or development system performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and cost-optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate inventory forecasting, timely order fulfillment, and multi-location distribution.
  • Develop and implement corporate processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Monitor operational key performance indicators, including units per hour, order fulfillment metrics, project milestones, and user acceptance testing success.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained operational environment.
  • Oversee enterprise resource planning, warehouse management system, and other business system implementations, integrations, and testing.
  • Ensure information technology and development initiatives are successfully delivered, aligned with business needs, and optimized for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and digital solutions.
  • Undertake related duties as assigned to achieve department objectives and company goals.
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP designation.
  • CCBA or Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Experience with returns management, distribution center operations, and order processing.
