Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the performance of assigned markets as defined by executed revenue, contribution margin, and quality ratings
  • Ensure that market teams maintain strong pro and driver relationships and deliver on market OKRs
  • Support VP of Market Operations and Biz Ops team on select cross-market projects
  • Optimize Pro assignment and fulfillment including scheduling, route planning, and delivery efficiency
  • Maximize Bellhop-managed truck utilization
  • Launch new markets and partnerships as needed
  • Ensure team skills, organization, training, and quality
