  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service focused role
Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming customer requests via phone or email
  • Process incoming requests and determine appropriate escalation
  • Assist with administrative tasks in Salesforce system
  • Maintain professionalism, sense of urgency, and accountability
  • Audit service team casework accuracy and completeness
  • Manage reports for weekly meetings
  • Create and merge accounts in SFDC and SL
  • Approve new ship to accounts and run credit checks
  • Complete customer questionnaires and partner with legal, QA, and IT
  • Answer incoming sales team inquiries and enter ECI's
  • Work with Shipping and Planning for items not in inventory
  • Process credit card payments, purchase orders, and service orders
  • Respond to incoming voicemails and phone calls
