- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Previous experience working in a DoD environment, with a strong understanding of security protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and data management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with DoD operational needs.
- Customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement security and data access controls in compliance with DoD policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and other technical teams.
- Stay current on the latest ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with federal IT systems and frameworks such as RMF and NIST.
