Responsibilities
  • Shape, refine, and optimize the talent function at Yugabyte
  • Build durable talent pipelines across the business, and ultimately help us build a winning culture and high-performing business
  • Set talent acquisition team goals in conjunction with leadership, build the plan, manage the budget, provide visibility into results & trends, and adjust as needed
