  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in leveraging tools like Smartsheets, Asana, G-suite, Slack, and Zoom to get the job done
  • Help deliver mid & long-term innovations. Work with the Sr. Innovation Director and innovation team to plan and execute the 1-3 year roadmap for our Owned Brands across home care, personal care, and pet care
  • Organize successful launches. Own definition of innovation project activities, timings, and team responsibilities to ensure stage gates are on track and launches are delivered on time in full. Actively manage project timelines from concept to launch, ensuring key development milestones are met. Ensure all capacities and capabilities are available on the project team throughout the process. Proactively raise issues, delays, and risks and work with the team to resolve, escalating in a timely manner if needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring products to market together successfully as a team. Feel empowered to hold team members accountable. Partner with project leads to keep team motivated and on track; give recognition and celebrate wins
  • Own continuous process implementation and improvement to set the team up for success today, tomorrow, and in the future. Always look out for ways to make the team more effective and efficient. Help build practices that can scale with the team
