  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience with public and private market vehicles, preferably with a focus on the institutional client segment
  • Working knowledge of private markets and an understanding of the institutional sales process, including the unique buying preferences of different client segments
  • Proven track record of building strong partnerships across sales and product teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage targeted programs and campaigns to deepen relationships with U.S. Institutional clients and prospects, including pensions, consultants, LatAm, and Canadian teams using a wide variety of marketing tools (digital, social, events, etc.)
  • Help manage and execute, in partnership with the Events Team, the annual event and conference strategy and budget for U.S. Institutional sales team
  • Develop marketing collateral and resources that support effective client conversations and amplify delivery of investment insights from the product teams, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and credit
  • Augment processes for generating and sharing leads with sales teams and contribute to segmentation and CRM optimization; create dashboards and share key metrics and customer insights with relevant stakeholders
  • Utilize strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and execute projects from beginning to end in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop deep partnerships and work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product strategy and compliance colleagues
