Maintaining trust between Fast, the buyers, and seller’s is critical to the business. The Trust organization powers all of the infrastructure, tools, models, and controls to protect our customer’s data and mitigate financial and identity risk on the platform. These teams are critical to ensuring trust is a central part of how the company operates.

The Risk team within the Trust group is responsible for creating a user experience free of fraudulent or abusive behavior across the entire product space. Our team is a cross-functional team of highly motivated engineers, ML specialists, product managers and technical program managers. We combine the power of human and machine intelligence, and build state-of-the-art scalable fraud detection and prevention systems to protect our customers.
