  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting and performance management configuration and best practices
  • Worked as part of an HRIS team
  • Good understanding of technology solution design principles and best practices
  • Create test scenarios and manage test cycles for recruiting and performance management new features
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
  • Transform business requirements into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to configure, test, and launch Workday Recruiting and Performance Management solutions
  • Review current business processes to align with best practices
  • Drive the adoption of new Workday Recruiting and Performance Management features
  • Ensure data integrity and harness the power of data for process improvement
  • Design solutions and resolve system issues

  • Proven track record working with Workday Recruiting and Performance Management
  • Experience in implementing and supporting Workday solutions globally
  • Ability to coordinate projects and associated tasks, manage risks, timelines, and collaborate successfully with different teams and internal customers
