This position leads the integration and configuration of new insurance blocks to the administrative platform and works to resolve any system production issues.

Your Impact:

• Convert business requirements to technical requirements
• Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve processing
• Perform intermediate data analysis, data manipulation, QA testing and data validation for business conversions
• Work directly with all levels of IT and the organization to create solutions that will enable internal departments to provide outstanding service to our clients
• Review master policies/certificates and other plan documentation to understand how each will be supported administratively
• Lead and provide guidance to others in determining best solutions
• Develop summary guides explaining how each insurance block is supported serving as a reference for internal staff

​Successful Candidates Will Have:

• 2 to 3 years Analyst experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field of study preferred
• Experience using Microsoft SQL or other structured query languages
• Experience working with small volumes of data utilizing software tools to assist in the data analysis

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base annual pay for this position is between 55,000.00 - 65,000.00 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
