  • Knowledge of utility customer (meter to cash) life cycle.
  • Knowledge of a utility Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality.
  • Strong influencing, coaching, and communication (both written and verbal) skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience working with both business and IT groups.
  • Must be able to travel up 25% of the time within North America.
  • Preferred experience in providing software implementation to the utility sector.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience in system configuration is helpful.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients, guiding them through the implementation process, resolving issues, and ensuring they are successfully utilizing our solutions.
  • Lead user training on system setup, administration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Conduct gap analyses, root cause analysis, and business process reviews to deeply understand client needs.
  • Work closely with the project team to translate these insights into actionable solutions that help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
  • Apply your understanding of clients' business processes to configure our software solutions in a way that best supports their needs while aligning with industry best practices.
  • Own the UAT and change management process to ensure that the product meets stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate client testing, training, and ensure smooth adoption by all users.
  • Create clear, comprehensive user documentation and ensure a seamless handover to support teams, enabling them to deliver excellent customer care.
  • Share your expertise to build internal knowledge and empower others.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that align with client needs, helping them exceed their expectations and further enhance their success.
  • Support Project Managers by tracking engagement progress, identifying bottlenecks, and helping ensure that key project milestones are met on time.
  • Optimize resource utilization to drive efficient service delivery.
  • Be a thought leader, leveraging your market knowledge to provide valuable insights to R&D and operational teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring that our products continue to meet and exceed market demands.
