Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines; develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and set milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide technical direction and hands-on implementation for IT projects, including network infrastructure, cloud services, hardware, software installations, and other IT solutions.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals, serving as the main technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and configure IT systems, networks, and infrastructure that meet client requirements, using industry best practices and ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring technical specifications are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with scope.
  • Configure, test, and implement new systems, software, and technologies, ensuring solutions work seamlessly and meet client expectations.
  • Address technical issues during project implementation to resolve problems and minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and processes related to each project, including setup guides, architecture diagrams, and post-implementation reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on new systems and technologies implemented as part of the project.
  • Report project status to stakeholders, including progress updates, potential risks, and solutions, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Offer post-project support, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and assistance with ongoing maintenance or future upgrades.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three to five years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation, ideally within a managed service provider or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect certification.
  • VMware Certified Professional certification.
  • CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or other relevant certifications.
