Requirements
  • Technical Leadership and Interpersonal skills to motivate engineers and cross functional teams in a startup environment
  • 3+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, you break down problems and generate shared understanding across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong technical skills in either platform or application development
  • Prior experience as senior technical contributor - staff eng / architect / tech lead
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of builders to accelerate the growth of Nuna through the creation of next generation data platform tooling and applications
  • Lead the charge in continued growth in operational excellence and maturity
  • Lead the implementation of processes for optimal SDLC of data pipelines to help ensure stability, repeatability, and quality
  • Work closely with engineers and peers to understand progress, drive execution, understand needs, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
  • Take ownership for a piece of Nuna's overall engineering processes and drive excellence across all of engineering
